Our 18 hour Beef Brisket is sous vide in low temperatures and then taken out and rubbed down with our signature blend of roasted herbs and spices. We then allow it to rest to absorb the flavours to then smoke in hickory and apple wood. While it is warm we begin to pull the brisket as it falls apart to mix through our flavours to finish it off. You then get our amazing product of pulled brisket.
Great ways to use this in your meals is to re-heat and place into freshly make burgers or an amazing side dish with salads, rice dishes.
